Alert Level 3 Extended

Kia ora whānau

I hope that you’re all well and managing okay at home.  Once again, our staff feel incredibly lucky to work alongside such a fantastic community.   Thanks for all of your input and support with delivering teaching and learning online, we really appreciate you.

The announcement today means that we will continue to be delivering learning online until this Friday 28 August.  We will be planning to welcome our learners back to school from Monday 31 August under Alert Level 2.  Of course, this may change as more cases potentially emerge, but we will keep you up to date as new information is made available.

Please do not hesitate to get in touch with your child’s teacher, or a member of our leadership team if you need further support.

As the settings around alert levels stretch out and change, our children can feel stressed and anxious about the uncertainty.  If you are noticing that your children are struggling, please let their classroom teacher know so that we can organise a wellbeing check-in and chat.

I will be in touch later this week to remind you of our guidelines for dropping off and picking up learners at Alert Level 2 as well as other measures that will be in place in order to keep our precious kids safe.

Kind regards
